We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated worker for our growing farm. We are a research farm, so the ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude and willing to try (and sometimes fail) new things untraditional to the mainstream farming industry. This position includes a large potential for growth.

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Hours may change depending on the season or market days. Compensation starts at $17 an hour, however, is largely dependent on prior polyculture farming or management experience. Potential housing accommodations can be discussed for the right candidate.


Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • expand and maintain crops, orchards, and greenhouses

  • oversee implementation of seasonal planting and harvest schedules

  • implementation of organic pest management systems

  • prepare and attend farmer's markets

  • work with volunteers 

  • installation and regular inspection of irrigation and fencing

  • maintain proper sanitation and food handling practices

  • daily detailed record keeping and time tracking

  • uphold organic certification standards

  • regular hauling of large trailers and willingness to obtain CDL

  • tractor operation

  • livestock chores

  • administrative duties


Required skills:

  • clean, organized, and efficient

  • basic to advanced knowledge of regenerative farming practices

  • reliable and teachable

  • ability to life 50lbs


Not required but a plus:

  • Class A CDL

  • Spanish fluency

  • welding/soldering experience

  • carpentry/construction experience
