- Our eggs are guaranteed less than 7 days old and stored at room temperature.
 
- Eggs are securely packed and shipped. If the post office loses or damages your package, please file a claim with the shipping service for a refund.
 
-  We are not responsible for hatch rate. The post office can be hard on eggs and air cells are delicate. Mishandled packages may reduce hatch rate.
